Warner Construction has been selected for mass excavation and roadway construction services for the new South Fork Landing project in Garden Valley Idaho. This project includes over 600,000 cubic yards of pond excavation.
Avimor Planned Community
We are performing wetlands mitigation services, and heavy earthmoving services for Suncor Idaho LLC.
Installation of HDPE pipe, and site work construction for water facilities.
Stock CMS / Micron Technology
Installation of sewer and storm drain facilities for the new NanoFab building at the Micron Campus.
River Ranch Subdivision
Site work including 600,000 cubic yards of excavation for ponds and amenities on an 85 acre site. This project also included wetlands mitigation.
Walker Ranch New Meadows Idaho
Construction of 5 miles of roads for 400 acre subdivision, including excavation, site crushing, rock blasting, and finishes.
HealthWise
Site work for a major building addition to the Healthwise facility.
Atlanta Gold corporation
Providing support at the remote site near Atlanta Idaho to resolve water quality issues.
US Bureau of Land Management
Warner Construction was awarded a 5 year contract with the BLM to Mitigate physical Hazards through out the state of Idaho.
Past Projects:
Constructed 3300 lineal feet of new stream channel including, 500,000 cubic yards of excavation, crushing and placement of aggregates in the stream channel, and installation of stream channel features.
Site development for 40 lot subdivision including golf course construction, grading, utilities, and roadways.
Bridge Walk subdivision
Site construction for 12 lot subdivision.
Provided excavation services to JC Constructors of Boise for a 35 foot deep pump station.
Provided site work and utility installations for the new indoor practice facility.
